Exmouth in Bloom held their annual Christmas get together and lunch at Ocean today. What a brilliant event. There were 41 attendees, volunteers and guests including RHS National Judge Geraldine King who braved the weather from Rosemoor, North Devon to be with us to award Elaine a special RHS Community Champion Award. The setting, meal ( complete with edible flower decorations) and service were outstanding. Thank you to Sandie for organising the event, Carol for finding the Secret Santa story and to Ocean for making it our best ever celebration to top off this special year.
Special thanks too to Mayor Olly Davey, Roger the Town Crier and to Wendy for her clever annual Christmas EiB poem ….this year sung to the tune of Away in a Manger! Amazing!
